Policy of Returns of Defective Products

Terms of Return

  1. The date of receipt of your order with the date of submission of application for return it does not overcome the 10 calendar days.
  2. The packing must not be forced and it must be in its first (factorial) situation.

Process of return

  • If you find yourself near in our Shop
    In this case you can visit our shop and, since is checked the situation of product from the responsible employee, he will guide you for further.
  • If you receive via courier

In this case:

  1. You pack the product, in a bigger box so that it is protected at the dispatch.
  2. Place in in the packing which you have made a document in which you have mention to us the way in which you wish from us to solve the economic suspense, provided that the product is judged capable for returning.
  3. Dispatch the parcel, via the agency of high speed transports from which you received your order,in view of the Department of Returns. We request you mark that the expenses of return they overload the customer.

We would like to point out to you that in case which the product does not complete the mentioned terms, will be returned in his sender with debit of himself.
